Wrist shapes vary dramatically from person to person. Some people have round wrists, some people have an oval shape and some have almost a box pattern. Metal bracelets can be formed to the shape of your wrist's pattern. Form it once since metal can become brittle and fracture if bent too far or too often. There is a proper way to put on a bracelet to avoid re-bending your investment each time you wear it:

1. Hold the bracelet with one hand, positioning the opening of the cuff opening facing outward.
2. Slide your wrist through the opening starting at the narrowest part of your wrist by pressing one end of the bracelet on the palm side between your wrist bones pressing deeply into the soft part of your wrist as you gently rotate the bracelet into position.
3. Adjust the placement on your arm or next to your wrist for comfort and style.
4. Remove the bracelet with the same technique that you establish putting it on!

A little more about metal ... Each bend adds internal molecular stress. As you bend metal, the molecules in the metal rub past each other and dislodge. Eventually with each bend you will reach a stress point where all of the molecular bonds are severed and the metal separates.
